Our corporate services are based on a brain-friendly approach.

Consulting

Executive & Workplace Coaching

The great majority of managers believe most employees should receive the benefit of working with a workplace coach. Executives have known this (and been using them) for years. Working with an objective thought partner who provides a space for you to escape the noise of the everyday and tap into deeper thinking with a sharper focus can benefit most any front-line employee, mid-level manager or senior leader.

We offer a cadre of brain-based workplace and executive coaches, who adhere to the International Coach Federation’s core competencies AND leverage neuroscience research as the foundation of our coaching approach.

From overcoming automatic behaviors, to managing difficult “emotional” landscapes, to facilitating insight, to helping identify stretch goals and develop appropriate plans, we will find the right coach for your executive or workplace need.

"Brain"-the-Trainer

Two brains talking

You’ve heard of Train-the-Trainer programs. We take the traditional approach and give it a brain-friendly tweak by adding a neuroscience foundation. We will help your trainers shift from “delivering content” to “facilitating insight.”

We can also review your current program offerings and help you refine them by adding a more brain-friendly feel to them.

ICF Coach Mentoring

The International Coach Federation (ICF) requires coach mentoring from an ICF-credentialed coach for anyone trying to earn his/her ACC*, PCC** or MCC credential OR for anyone trying to renew his/her ACC credential.

Our unique Brain-Based ICF Mentoring program helps you meet the ICF’s mentoring requirements (see bottom of page for additional information) by offering 10.5 hours of coach mentoring (the ICF requires 10) consisting of five (5) 90-minute group mentoring calls PLUS three (3) 60-minute one-on-one mentoring calls.

In our group calls, we will focus on five things:

  1. The ICF’s eleven core coaching competencies
  2. Neuroscience-based research and ideas that support the competencies
  3. Opportunities for you to coach and receive mentoring using my groundbreaking “in-the-moment” approach
  4. The ICF credentialing process, and
  5. Any other questions about the competencies, your coaching, your clients or your practice

In our 1:1 calls, you and I will focus on additional opportunities for you to hone your coaching skills and anything else that supports you in your coaching journey.

Per ICF regulations, each mentoring group is limited to no more than 10 coaches (we prefer to start with a group of at least five coaches) and must take at least three months to complete. The investment is a reasonable $1,500 per person with an internationally recognized brain-based coach/mentor/assessor AND master facilitator. Paul has successfully trained or mentored hundreds of credentialed and non-credentialed coaches in a brain-based coaching methodology over the past 10 years.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Paul as a mentor coach, during which time I excelled in enhancing my presence as a coach. His strength in guiding me to this discovery is a true attribute to his excellent coaching skills and his passion to the professional practice. Above all, I was impressed with Paul’s ability to coach to insights I otherwise may not have achieved. And, of course, his enthusiasm, humor and sole focus on my success enhanced the entire growth experience. Yes, yes, yes, I highly recommend Paul!”   — Linda Roszak Burton, President DRW, Inc.

“Having Paul as my mentor through this coaching journey has been priceless.
